Due to sanitary reasons & Covid-19, all our sales are final & you can't return an item .Unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

The shipping is done thru mail. You will receive an email on the day your order is shipped, with the tracking number, to let you follow your Loyxlty hair package. We only offer shipping in Canada for right now!

We offer Free Local Shipping in Montreal ! 

For your info, due to Canada post there may be unexpected delays with the delivery of your package . Loyxlty Hair isn't responsible for any lost items. If your tracking number advise you that your package was delivered and you have not received it , you must advise Canada Post. We don't  hold responsibility for any lost or package that advise delivered. Loyxlty Hair apologize for any inconvenience and we thank you all lot for you understanding.
